What we hold about you and your health
Plainly written, and matched to what this app actually does rather than to a template.

Who runs this and how to reach us
ImmortAIity Health AI is an early beta health record and AI assistant. It is built and operated by the ImmortAIity project team.
The registered entity behind the project will be named here once it is confirmed.
Use the contact page at /ContactUs and we answer from the address that reaches your inbox.
What we collect
Your account: name and email address, plus the level and access dates the app needs to know in order to let you in.
Whatever health data you choose to add: profiles, supplements, medications, lab results, genetics, measurements, symptoms, meals, goals, notes, documents and device readings. Nothing is imported on its own — you add it, or you connect a tool inside the app.
Files you upload, so they can be read back to you and, if you ask, summarised.
The answers you give in the tester intake and the experience survey.
Coarse usage events: which screen you opened, whether a record was saved, whether an AI answer reached the screen, and which post or link brought you here.
What usage events never contain
Usage events store no health content. No record text, no lab values, no question you typed and no answer text is written into them — only the fact that something happened, in which section, and on which device class.
The identifier behind those events is a random id kept in your own browser. It is not your name, and it is not shared with any advertising network.
Where your record lives
By default your record is stored in the cloud tables this app runs on. You can switch to keeping it on this device instead: the record and its files are encrypted in your browser with a key derived from your passphrase, and they are never sent to a server.
The on-device record is not a backup. Clearing browser data, reinstalling, or losing the device can destroy it, and a lost passphrase cannot be recovered. Export an encrypted backup from the storage settings if the data matters.
Cloud storage and hosting run on our platform provider's infrastructure. Ask us which region and we will tell you.
When the AI is involved
Asking the AI sends the records in view to the AI service configured for this app — at most 60 records, with files, download links and account identifiers stripped first, and the exact context shown to you before it goes. Choosing Manual AI means nothing is sent until you tick the records; choosing AI off means no AI call is made from this interface.
Answers are unverified model output. They are kept on screen and are never written into your health record automatically.
The AI service keeps what it processes under its own terms, which are not ours to promise on their behalf. If that matters to you, use AI off for the parts that matter most.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Stripe. We see the subscription state, never your card number.
The plan is 33 euros a month. Founding testers are granted 12 months of access at no cost and are not charged during that window.
What we email you
Testers get one short note around day seven asking how it went, and the founding-tester confirmation. That is the whole schedule.
No newsletter unless you ask for one, and no third party receives your address from us.
Cookies and browser storage
We use your browser's own storage for sign-in, the channel that brought you here, your section layout choices and the buffered usage events described above. All of it is first-party; there are no advertising or cross-site trackers on this app.
Your choices
Ask us for a copy of what we hold, correct it, or ask for it deleted — deleting your account removes the cloud record and the tester rows that identify you.
Withdraw the quote permission at any time; after that we stop using new quotes, and tell us if something already published should come down.
Turn AI off, switch storage to this device, or simply stop using the app. Each of those is a legitimate answer and none of them costs you your data.
How long we keep things
Your record is kept while your account is open. Tester intake rows, survey answers and usage events are kept for the research that collected them and are deleted on request, or once the research is closed out.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the providers that make the app work — hosting, the AI service, payment processing, email delivery — and only to the extent each one needs to do its job.
Research results may be published as aggregates and as anonymised quotes where the person permitted it. No identifying health record is published.
Age
This app is for adults. We do not intend it for anyone under 18.
This is not medical care
ImmortAIity is a record-keeping and reading tool. It does not diagnose, it does not treat, and it is not a substitute for a clinician. In an emergency, contact emergency services.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect while a test is running, testers are told before the change takes effect rather than finding it here later.
