Using a beta that reads your health data

What you are signing up to

ImmortAIity Health AI is an early beta used for product research. It is offered as is, features change without notice, and it may be paused or ended — including at the end of a test.

We aim for it to be reliable. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and there is no service-level agreement behind this beta.

Not medical advice

Nothing in the app, and nothing an AI answer says, is a diagnosis, a prescription or a treatment plan. Records, charts and summaries describe what you entered; they do not interpret it for clinical purposes.

You remain responsible for what you do with it, and a qualified professional should make dosing, medication and diagnostic decisions. Do not delay seeking care because of something the app said.

Your data stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you put in. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and display it for you, and to back it up and keep the service running.

Where you ticked quote permission, you let us publish your feedback anonymised in research and incubator reporting. Ticking nothing means nothing is published.

Acceptable use

One account, your own data or data you are permitted to enter. No attempting to break access controls, no scraping other people's records, no illegal content, and no using the app to make claims about someone else's health without their consent.

AI answers

AI output can be wrong, incomplete or confidently mistaken. It is labelled unverified wherever it appears and it does not write into your record.

You can stop AI from being used at any time by choosing AI off; on-device storage keeps records local, but a question you ask still sends the selected context to the AI service.

The founding tester offer

Founding testers are granted 12 months of full access at no cost. The grant is tied to your account, is not transferable, has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or discounts elsewhere.

We may end the tester programme with notice. If we do, we say what happens to your data before it takes effect.

Payment and cancellation

After a free window the plan costs 33 euros a month, billed through Stripe, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the subscription page.

Prices may change for new subscribers. Where a price or the terms of an offer change, we say so before your renewal.

Your own copies

You can export your record at any time. If you keep your data only on this device, the backup is your responsibility — browser eviction and lost passphrases are not recoverable by us.

Liability

To the widest extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from health decisions taken with this app, from data kept only on your device, or from a beta being withdrawn.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded, and consumer rights are unaffected.

Ending it

Stop using it whenever you like. Ask us to delete your account and the cloud record goes with it, apart from what we must keep by law.
